The Rust Belt Chronicles announces New Management Team, plans for a Happy New Year for 2018!

Rust Belt Chronicles

President, Larry Ritter of The Rust Belt Chronicles.com.

I am very proud to announce Larry “Big L” Ritter as our new President and Shannon “Hammy” Hamilton is promoted to the Vice-President position within the management team of The Rust Belt Chronicles!

Mr. Ritter always puts The Rust Belt Chronicles and others first, assisting staff members in order to meet deadlines and understands the overall scheme of our vision. Between his hectic regular management job, Larry somehow finds the time to cover high school sports too!

Larry Ritter has been with me for four years shown consistent loyalty while providing an intelligent and professional demeanor in everything we do!  “Big L” has offered to assist me whenever needed and fully understands my original intent of instituting The Rust Belt Chronicles as a top media promoter of entertainment artists and events. He is a rock and a genuine friend!

Vice-President, Shannon “Hammy” Hamilton of The Rust Belt Chronicles.com.

Shannon “Hammy” Hamilton has been promoted to Vice-President of The Rust Belt Chronicles. His eagerness and professionalism is a catalyst for our staff. He also understands our goals and his assistance is resilient! His lighter side is fun to be around and the energy he displays is infectious! Just like Larry, “Hammy’s” love of photography, willingness to do reviews, and travel to long-distance shows amazes me! This guy can roll with the best of ’em!

Throughout the last few years, I’ve had a ongoing issue with my health which has affected my physical and mental ability to process my work with painful spasms and muscle contractions of my hands and feet. Muscle mass loss and loss of weight have increased my fatigue combined with my on-going COPD condition.

A severe head injury with a concussion/convulsions in August furthered my decline in health. The head injury monumentally increased the shaking of all limbs including my head and neck area. My subsequent diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy is a daily challenge. Interestingly, Eric Clapton suffers from the same disease. Medicine has offered some relief, however the long-term prognosis isn’t known.

In an effort to reduce stress, I have taken on less work during this time period with Larry Ritter, Shannon Hamilton (along with the rest of my fantastic staff)  and Nita Rindengan of JNR Vision have assisted by doing whatever possible to pick-up my slack and provide you with coverage of shows, interviews, CD reviews, video editing and more! I am deeply indebted to these fine volunteers of our staff as we continue our operations into 2018!

I’ve always had a soft-spot in my heart for those suffering from disabilities. I’ve brought several people to our staff over the years and it’s priceless to watch them contribute or discover the can contribute to society with their passions despite their physical or mental handicaps. Given my own medical assessment, I can only hope to do my best at whatever transpires.

Regardless, the Rock N’ Roll team management of President, Larry Ritter and Vice-President, Shannon “Hammy”Hamilton will provide strong leadership and continue to operate The Rust Chronicles.com well into the future.

Congrats to “Big L” and “Hammy” for their recent promotions!

Moving into 2018, we are developing new advertisement packages for potential sponsors. We currently offer a one-time, yearly fee for bands to attract local gigs. If you love our reviews and photographs please consider helping us to help you! The Rust Belt Chronicles had 7-million hits to our website last year and nearly 16-million since our inception over 4-years ago. Not to shabby! My staff deservedly should be compensated for all of the persistent hard work. Given those statistics and our market reach, we believe our impact is a great option for advertising with local, regional or corporate businesses.

For nearly 5 years, we’ve promoted bands, people, venues and cities in Ohio and beyond! We are recognized as one of the leading music media outlets in the USA with our reviews and/or photographs listed on many bands or management agencies, websites and social media throughout the entertainment industry including: Whitesnake, Alice Cooper, The Babys, YES, TOTO, The Pretty Reckless, Halestorm, Goo Goo Dolls, DOSE, BOBAFLEX, 8LB. Pressure, Time Traveller and more. One of our videos interviews of Ratt appeared on Blabbermouth.net.

Our City Reach in the Rust Belt States and Beyond!

Our strength of reach is very impressive with the Cleveland/Akron being our #1 market followed by Columbus, Detroit, New York City, Cincinnati, Toledo, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, Washington DC and Dayton, Ohio.

Happy New Year!

With 2018 already upon us, I want to thank our readers, concert promoters, venues, PR firms, record labels, radio stations, friends, all of the bands and artists we’ve covered; along with my entire staff (including all our former staff members) and Nita Rindengan of JNR Vision for her incredible video skills.
