NASCAR returns to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course!

nns-logoNASCAR returns to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio this Friday with the Nationwide Children’s Hospital 200.The two-day event promises to bring excitement on the race course with proceeds to benefit the Columbus-based Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Special events are scheduled throughout the two-day event with an autograph session for the fans, the opportunity to witness the drivers and cars prior to the race on the false start grid, performances by the Columbus Children’s Choir and Nationwide Children’s Hospital patient champions participating in the start of the race.

*Campers will be admitted at the gates beginning at 5:00 pm. on Thursday and will be allowed to stay at Mid-Ohio until Sunday , August 17th at 10 am.

The Nationwide Children’s Hospital 200 will be the season finale at Mid-Ohio and another large turnout of fans for the 2nd consecutive year is expected to witness the thrills of NASCAR racing. The Rust Belt Chronicles will be covering the two-day extravaganza in it’s entirety!
