Stitched Up Heart

Stitched Up Heart

Wednesday, February 8th isn’t your typical Hump-Day. The Whiskey Warehouse Bar & Grill in Mansfield, Ohio will warm your bones with a Ladies Night of Rock featuring: Stitched Up Heart, Letters From The Fire and Olathia! These three bands are all fronted by some of the hottest female vocalists in the Rock and Metal music scene. What better way to celebrate the middle-of-the-week and witness some great entertainment with friends and neighbors at the hottest venue between Cleveland and Columbus?

Stitched Up Heart is a band fronted by the beautiful vocalist, Alecia “Mixi” Demner. The fieryacrobatic front-woman and her bandmates are rapidly rising as a band on the move throughout their current tour with their latest release, ‘ Never Alone ‘. The new CD is a blockbuster of a tunes packed with blazing rock and metal steroids on overdrive with beautiful harmonics and catchy choruses; while featuring the sensual and riveting vocals of “Mixi”! This young lady reminds me of Lizzy Hale of Halestorm with her strength, stamina and tonal qualities.

While this is Stitched Up Heart’s first appearance in the area, we are sure it won’t be their last! Our own, Larry Ritter just caught the band in action on ShipRocked 2017 Cruise last week and can attest they will knock your socks off live. Their fans already know this and the band returns the love onstage with their energy, appeal and musical chops!

Stitched Up Heart isn’t a average band from Los Angeles featuring a ‘hot female vocalist”. To the contrary, this unit of Century Media recording artists is a cohesive musical journey from the first note to the last chord! Don’t miss Stitched Up Heart at the Whiskey Warehouse Bar & Grill as they master their rise to fame and raise the decibals higher!

Letters From The Fire

Letters From The Fire are a hard rock band from the San Franscisco Bay area. The band has already established a growing base of fans between their live shows and recent recordings. Formed in 2007, the band underwent numerous line-up changes while forging the chemistry for the group today. The band has fortified their line-up with female lead vocalist, Alexa Kabazie; who literally blew the band away with her vocal and stage presence on the first take of her audition.

The latest release ‘Worth The Pain‘ magnificently encapsulates the trials and tribulations of the musicians as it captures the essence of this powerful line-up. With Alexa Kabazie releasing her vengeance of vocal sounds the comparison to  Taylor Momsen on “Give In To Me” is apparent as an inspiration. Her stage presence is a fortress of allure and ambitious power of sonic vocals. Founding member, Mike Keller has a solid band of musicians surrounding him, along with great tunes and the addition of Alexa is the icing on the cake!

Letters From The Fire has given the Bay Area a new moniker as “The Bay City Hard-Rockers“! The band was also seen on ShipRocked 2017 by our own, Larry Ritter and from what we’ve been told, this band lays down some serious thunder. Isn’t it time you witness this fabulous band in action? We will!

Olathia is from Cleveland, Ohio and are fronted by the female vocalist siren, Chris E. Olathia. Her ability to move your spirit is as good as it gets between her mighty howls, growls and volcanic vocals. The cover version of Wasp’s, “I Wanna Be Somebody” was just recently lauded in a write-up in BraveWords Magazine. This comes as no surprise to us as Olathia have been on our radar for years! The band is an impeccable machine, revving-up the show with their awesome tunes and stellar musicianship.

The band consists of shredding guitarists, Jake Nicholson and Steve Albenze.  Drummer, Jeff Morrow lays down the power and consistent thunder, while bassist, Calvin Burgess packs a scale of fluttering notes as he fills-in with the band. This melodic thrash-metal band will warm you up and prepare you for a night of distinct delight!

Olathia’s debut album, ‘Hunters‘ has given notice that the band is on a mission to melt your mind with it’s soaring vocals, delicious harmonies, monstrous guitar riffs and solos! I advise you to get to this show early at the Whiskey Warehouse Bar & Grill and see- one of the hottest bands in Ohio, as OLATHIA unleash a heavy performance!
