It’s finally here! After a highly successful debut last year, In The Clink triumphantly returns to The Ohio State Reformatory MRPS this weekend (July 15th-July 17th). Ink In The Clink 2016 is geared to give you the hottest experience of the Summer with over 100 Tattoo Artists (featuring onsite tattooing and piercings available) with nearly 40 bands for entertainment. Add that rockin’ combination with a Car Show, Pin-Up Contest, Tattoo Contests, Prison Tours, Apparel vendors, Brew Garden, Food vendors, RatRods, Band Merchandise, Jewelry, Tattoo Supplies, Shawshank Souvenirs, Oddities, Psychics, Caricuture artists, and you’ve got a weekend packed with enough excitement to leave you inkling for more!

Headlining bands on the main stage include: Mushroomhead (Friday), Saliva (Saturday), and Pop Evil (Sunday). Supporting each headliner are some of the best national and regional bands in the USA! Among the exceptional support acts are: Red Sun Rising, Autumn Burning, 40 Below Summer, Flaw, Drowning Pool,  Psychostick, 22nd Dimension, Olathia, Bless The Child, Dread Engine, Gudger, Devilstrip, Grindhouse, Krymzon, Scars Like Mine, Sourblood, Erasing Never, Demons Within, Triad, Mithridium and Bonesaw.

But the music doesn’t stop here! A second stage will feature many up and coming bands including: Save What’s Left, Breathing Theory, Meanstreak, Chase Beaire, Trust, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Roxy Mae, Aesthesia, Monster Dolls, Get-Away Band, Lift The Medium and the Tom Cline Project.

This event is the most significant happening in Richland County since Johnny Appleseed roamed the area. I’ll bet Johnny even had a few tattoos. The weather forecast is great all weekend. So don’t miss this event!

The opportunity to witness a stellar line-up of music, tattoo artists engraving their art, purchase clothing and enjoy a ice-cold brew and food is a great way to meet friends and connect with new ones. Purchase a new Tat and explore all the possibilities of their unique artistry. Plus, kids are welcome and children under 10 years-old are admitted free.

Parking is at a premium due to the large crowds and we strongly suggest arriving early. Parking signs will be located at the Route 545/Olivesburg Road exits off of Route 30. Overflow parking will be located at East Longview Avenue behind Metal Conversions. Another parking lot is located on Piper Road and both parking lots will be offering free shuttle services. The parking cost is $10.00.

***There is NO PARKING on Reformatory Road unless you have a Handicap pass, Motorcycle or event Staff Pass. NO PARKING on the grounds, fields or lots of the Mansfield/Richland Correctional Institution located behind and beside the Ohio State Reformatory. If you park there, you will be towed immediately.

Lodging is available in the greater Mansfield/Richland County area. We advise you to book early due to IITC and the upcoming RNC Convention in Cleveland.
