This Thursday night the Ballroom at the Agora will play host to new wave rockers The Birthday Massacre. Known as ‘Imagica’ when they got their start in 1999 when they got their start, this Metropolis Records recording artist changed their name to avoid confusion with another group of the same name. The band’s name was derived from one of their earlier song releases.

TBM is touring to support their latest release ‘Under Your Spell’ which was dropped earlier this year. Prior to this the creepy and cute horror-tastic sound produced six other albums including ‘Nothing and Nowhere’ (2005), ‘Violet’ (2005), ‘Walking With Strangers’ (2007), ‘Pins and Needles’ (2010),’ Hide and Seek’ (2012) and ‘Supervision’ (2014).
